Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Monday, March 4, at St. Johns Lutheran Church of Howard with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery at Howard. Visitation with family present, will be Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Willoughby Funeral Home in Howard.Perry Arthur Genzlinger was born September 28, 1924, near Howard to Arthur Genzlinger and Lillie (Liable) Genzlinger. He farmed on the family homestead his entire life. He was united in marriage to Marjorie Neises October 5, 1949. He was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, the Howard American Legion, was an EMT for 25 years in Miner County, and was inducted into the 4-H Hall of Fame in 2012.He is survived by his children, Barbara (Dave Hahn) of Howard, Geraldine (Jerry) Benson of Lennox, Larry (Linda Baartman) of Howard, Raymond (Kay) of Winfred, and Michael (Lisa) of Canova; thirteen grandchildren; twelve great- grandchildren; siblings, Elaine Neises of Howard, Ardis Bauer of Kan., Garry (Wanda) Genzlinger of Calif.; sisters-in-law, Delores Rasmussen, and Bonnie Burmeister both of Howard.He was preceded in death by his wife; son, Dennis; granddaughter, Sarah Genzlinger; and sister Adeline Callies.Visit www.willoughbyfh.com...
